How do I place an order?
When you're happy with your selection, visit the checkout, input your delivery address and instructions. Then click "Buy Now" to confirm your order. You will receive confirmation of your order by email shortly after.
You can even add a gift message to your order here if you're buying wines for that special someone.

Are the vintages of your wines correct?
We endevour to display accurate and current vintages for our entire selection of wines listed on the website; however, during periods of high demand stocks of the vintage listed do have the potential to become exhausted.
If this is the case with your order we will always contact you first to actise.

Can I send out business gifts?
You can order gifts on our website and have them delivered to multiple locations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and AMEX via our payment gateway (Stripe). Please make sure your billing address matches the address your bank holds or we may be unable to verify your card details.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes - We accept PayPal as a payment option.
Can I pay with Apple Pay?
Yes - We accept Apple Pay as a payment option.
Can I pay with Google Pay?
Yes - We accept Google Pay as a payment option.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, Shipping with Corking Wines is totally secure. We do not store any customer card details on our website.
Delivery
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses and many international addresses – but we are unable to make deliveries to The Republic of Ireland at present.
If you live outside of the UK mainland it’s worth getting in touch with us to check if delivery is possible as there are some restrictions in certain countries on importing alcohol.
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will send you an email letting you know it has been despatched together with a tracking number and details of the courier.
How much is Delivery?
All orders below £150.00 are charged £9.99 per consignment to a single UK Mainland address.
What if no-one is home to accept my order?
If you are not in when we try to deliver, the driver will leave a calling card to let you know they tried to make a delivery. The card will explain how you can arrange delivery for a more convenient day.
Our online wine delivery company will leave your wine with a neighbor or in a safe place if you're not in. You can specify your preferences at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you an email on your delivery date, letting you know your case is on its way.
You can track your order and request changes to your delivery using the link in your delivery email.

We understand the importance of the wines you choose for your wedding or party. Our team are happy to talk through all of your options.
If you would like to secure offer prices or plan ahead for a celebration we can often hold the stock for you.
