Your status
By placing an order through our web site you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old (or have attained the age, applicable in your country of residence, when you are legally able to buy alcohol, where this is higher).
How the contract is formed
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the 'Confirmation'). We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.
Delivery
The minimum order is 12 bottles, either wines beers or spirits and may include a combination of these. A fixed delivery charge of £5.99 is added to each order.
All products ordered via our web site that we have in stock will be presented at the mainland UK delivery address specified by you within our standard delivery commitment of seven days from date payment for the products is received by us.
Every product offered on our web site is generally available at our warehouse. We try to establish availability of the products ordered by you before acknowledging your order. Where this is not possible for any reason and where the product turns out to be temporarily unavailable, we may offer a replacement product of equal or increased value to you. You have the right to accept or refuse this replacement product. If you choose to refuse it you will be able, at your option, to either order another product from our web site or claim a refund of monies already paid.
Prices and payment
The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on our web site. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Please note that your credit or debit card will be debited for the full value of your order in £ Sterling.
Credit / Debit card payments are made securely through our payment handling provider WorldPay.
Your card will be debited when payment is authorised and before we dispatch your order.
Our Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 15 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your note of cancellation.
Warranty
We warrant that any product purchased through our web site is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance or quality of our products, you should state these on our carrier's delivery statement. Alternatively, you must notify us of any complaints from you within 30 days of delivery. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order.
If you notice an obvious defect within three months from the date of delivery of the products, we will replace the defective product at our cost with a product of similar or better value.
Our Liability and Disclaimer
Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. As a rule, we cannot accept any liability for changes to or defects in the products that are due to the products' manufacturers. We further accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable. We accept no liability for any minor errors or omissions that can remain despite the precautions taken by us in the presentation of the products.

Corkingwines.com respects your privacy, we will never give your E-mail address or other personal details to any other parties. The information we collect from you will only be used to contact you regarding an order and to make your experience using our site as efficient as possible.

We do not receive or stores any of your credit card or financial details from payments hanled on our behalf by the payment provider WorldPay.
