Grapes are handpicked and selected before being gently pressed and cold

macerated in stainless steel tanks. After hand pumping over, the juice

ferments and is macerated with its skins for 30 days. The wine undergoes

malolactic fermentation and is then aged in new french oak barrels for 16 months.

Tasting Note: Complex and elegant. With blackfruits, spice and savoury notes.
