The Rueda region of Spain is making the country's raciest, most exciting white wines. This is potent, pungent stuff, filled with intense herbaceous, tropical fruit notes and crisp mouthwatering acidity. Electrifyingly brilliant, leaving the tongue tingling! Tasting Note: Straw-yellow with green touches, lustrous. Forward nose, intensely
fruited: floral base with citrus overtones. In the mouth: fresh, structured, balanced acidity and flavourful; very long, with a pleasing hint of bitterness to finish.
Best enjoyed: Excellent aperitif and as an accompaniment to salads, uncured
cheeses and spreads, fish, seafood, and rice dishes, etc. 
Technical information: Wine-making: destemmed; pre-crush cold maceration over several hours. Gentle press followed by slow, controlled, cold-fermentation in stainless steel, max.17º.
