A blend of 90% Pinot Noir and Meunier and 10% Chardonnay from about

15 'crus'. Abundant bubbles, aromas of toast, brioche, quince and

 hazelnuts; fleshy, structured and mellow on the palate.

The higher dosage (about 45grammes per litre) makes it an ideal
