Ruby red, with intense, deep violet reflections.

Characteristic of red fruit, flowery.

Fruity, harmonious, lingering finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 - 20°C.

STORAGE METHOD: horizontal in a cool place at a constant temperature not exceeding 18°C

AGING: ages well, becomes more austere and mature with time.

Accompaniments: SANLORE': the most marine and insinuating Nero d'Avola. Its aromatic particularity makes it a perfect wine for fish sauces and dense fish soups; truly stimulating accompanied by elaborate Mediterranean risotto and pasta dishes in which one encounters tomatoes, herbs, capers, olive oil and eventually vegetables and blue fish. If you wish to have it with meat, we suggest trying it with the most perfumed and silky in particular, lamb and kid goat.
