Taltarni is an established household name, known for producing extraordinarily high quality sparkling wines in Australia. Our vineyards in the Pyrenees and Tasmania are the source of two very coveted sparkling wines - Taltarni Brut and Taltarni Brut Taché. Taltarni Brut is a blend of the three classic sparkling wine varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Winemaker Comments Pale straw in colour with a fine mousse and persistent bead. Creamy, delicate and refreshing sparkling wine with a lifted bouquet of melon, citrus and nougat. The midpalate displays lovely yeast complexity and a smooth lingering finish. Drinking beautifully now but has the cellaring potential of up to five years.
