Chateau de Juge , Cadillac 2006/7 (6 bottles)

Shows great versatility with concentrated apricot, honeycomb and floral aromas, an unctuous palate, oozing with peaches and honey with refreshing acidity. A good all round dessert wine that's great value for money and almost identical in style to it's neighbours in Sauterne and Barsacs.
