Grapes:            Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Rondo, Madaline Angevine, Seyval Blanc, Schonburger.

 

Winemaking:  Short skin contact to extract the pale colour of this rose and then bottled early to capture freshness and acidity.

 

Serve:      Chilled, great with picnics.

 

Taste:        Delicate smoked salmon pink colour. English strawberrand red currants on the nose and palate with a  juicy and fruity flavour through to dry finish.
