Vines have been grown in Thailand since 1685 when they were given as a gift from Louis XIV of France to King Narai of Siam. there are col temperatures during the growing season and this permits the production of balances and fruity award-winning wines. Moreover, the climate enables both a summer and winter harvest of grapes. Monsoon Valley wines continue to improve in quality vintage upon vintage and are being recieved to good critical acclaim.

Vinification: Skin contact for 4 hours, free run and gentle pressing, fermentation at 16?C, no malolactic, ageing in stainless steel.

Tasting Note: Light and crisp with notes of mango and strawberry.
