Attractive red ruby colour with medium-high intensity, powerful fruit on the nose with traces of toffee and coconut. Full rich fruit on the palate and a long red-fruit finish.
Grapes are hand harvested at the end of September. They are transported to the winery after destemming and crushing the grapes undergo maceration for seven days with two daily pump overs. The must is then fermented at 29°C in Stainless Steel tanks. The wine is then aged in American oak barrels for 6 months prior to being bottled.
