A unique wine to Brown Brothers, this fresh, light bodied red with savoury
flavours is best served chilled. Brown Brothers is one of Australia's best-known wine-producing dynasties and renowned for their innovative approach to  winemaking; enhanced by the climatic diversity of the vineyards. The Brown Brothers Victorian vineyards are as varied as the wines and wine styles. Within a 50km radius of Milawa, climatic conditions range from cool alpine to lush temperate to sun drenched plains. The Tarrango grapes were grown in Victoria. The fruit was harvested in parcels from late February until the end of March. Approximately 11% underwent carbonic maceration and was then blended with other parcels and bottled soon after fermentation.

Tarrango is a strawberry magenta colour with lifted aromas of raspberries,
cherries and a hint of spice. Tarrango is a light-bodied red wine that should be served slightly chilled. It is a refreshing wine, characterised by aromas and flavours reminiscent of red berries and a delicate dry finish. With a juicy mouth-feel, the Tarrango is a delicious and versatile alterative that is best enjoyed young and fresh.
