A beautiful deep salmon-pink wine brimming with fresh summer-fruit aromas and flavours. A blend of Tempranillo and Merlot. After a brief 24 hour period of maceration on the skins, only the free-run juice is removed and cool fermented in stainless steel to maximise the fruit and aroma retention.
